Background
Fordham IT is a new Newcastle-based business set up by expert Jarrod Forham. They offer outsourced IT services to small and medium enterprises in the area.
Brief
As a new start-up business, Jarrod wanted to begin with a single-page website to introduce the brand and inform potential clients about their services. The objective of the website was to attract clients and push them towards calling or booking an IT or security check-up.
Approach
Jarrod is a problem solver and people person who builds strong rapport and long-term relationships with clients. I ensured this came across in the copy, using a professional but techy and conversational tone of voice. I also pulled out their key benefits/USPs to differentiate the business from its competitors.
