Background
10Telco is an Indigenous-owned telecommunication infrastructure company, operating across Newcastle, the Mid North Coast, and Dubbo in NSW. They’re all about quality, delivering reliable infrastructure solutions while proudly celebrating their Indigenous roots—a real point of difference in the market.
Brief
The project involved:
- Writing copy for a full website redevelopment (18 pages)
- Conducting keyword research to identify target terms for each page
- Communicating the company’s expertise and range of services
- Highlighting the company’s values and Indigenous ownership
- Ensuring content was clear, engaging, and professional
Approach
The project kicked off with discovery calls and questionnaires to get a solid feel for who 10Telco are and how they work. The goal was to turn a basic online presence into a website that felt credible, approachable and distinctly theirs.
The copy makes telecommunication infrastructure easy to understand, using clear headings, scannable sections and benefit-focused language. Is wove in client logos and project examples to build trust quickly—people like to see proof, not just claims.
I crafted a brand story and company values to give the site some heart, highlighting their Indigenous ownership and commitment to quality. SEO underpinned the whole approach, with page-by-page keywords integrated naturally so the site would perform well in search while still sounding human.
