Cassowary Cafe is a new ethical, sustainable cafe for the whole community based in Belmont. Owner Ron contacted me while in the process of setting up the business.
Brief
Ron wanted me to create SEO website copy for the cafe, including the Home, About and Partners page. He requested an informal, fun and chatty tone to suit the vibe of the cafe. He also wanted me to supply a keyword report identifying target SEO keywords for each page.
Process
Ron sent me some initial ideas he had written down. We then had a discovery call so I could get a better understanding of the business and his ideal clients. I carried out competitor research and created the copy, suggesting page structure and optimising the on-site copy with keywords. I also gave him additional contacts for design.
