I was approached by creative design agency Ronnoco to work as a copywriter to support the development of a new, modern website for The Hand Therapy Centre in Newcastle.


To develop a tagline and positioning for HTC and to write content for the new site, defining the site structure for design and development (18 pages). The target audience was people with a hand injury or condition plus GPs, surgeons and other professionals.


The project kicked off with a 2-hour discovery session to help us get a feel for the brand. I also interviewed the owner Felicity to dig into who they are and what they do. The tagline and positioning reflected their unique, caring approach. This also translated across to the copy, which was helpful, friendly and informative – rather than formal and stuffy.
