Higher Ed Media was a new business venture for local professional videographer Kye Smith who wanted to focus on attracting university and tertiary education clients.


The brief was to create SEO copy for a single page website, including an additional About page). Kye wanted to create something that showcased his expertise and experience in this niche and that had strong but concise messaging.


As with all projects, my approach was to get a really deep understanding of the business. This involved a questionnaire and video call. I wanted to ensure a good flow from top to bottom. The main page starts with a strong headline and then moves into stats, benefits, services and case studies. Testimonials were also used to build trust with the audience.
