Background
Newcastle-based I Am Here provides disability care services for adults with acquired brain injury (ABI), cerebral palsy, physical, intellectual, and other disabilities. Their focus is on creating safe, supportive, and engaging environments that help people live fulfilling lives.
Brief
The project involved:
- Identifying target SEO keywords for each page to improve search rankings
- Editing supplied copy to ensure clarity, consistency, and readability
- Writing new content to fill gaps and complete the site copy
- Crafting warm, friendly and emotive copy that reflects the brand, team and homes
Approach

The project began with a detailed keyword report to identify primary and secondary SEO opportunities for each page.
Existing content was carefully edited, and gaps were filled with new copy, ensuring that keywords were integrated naturally and didn’t disrupt readability and brand voice.
The structure and flow of the site were designed to guide users effortlessly to key services, making the information easy to understand and navigate.
Ongoing work
I was contacted again by the team in 2024 to add more content, further enhance the UX, and re-optimise the site.
