The project involved:

The project kicked off with discovery questionnaires, a meeting with the team, and interviews with the Director and the two managing lawyers to capture their voice, expertise and personality.
The website copy was crafted to balance legal authority with an engaging, conversational tone. Staff bios were a central focus—each profile received attention-grabbing taglines to showcase personality and give the firm a human, relatable edge.
The homepage and service pages were structured to clearly communicate their expertise while guiding visitors naturally through the site.
Copy is concise, scannable, and persuasive, ensuring the content resonates with busy business owners seeking confident legal guidance.
Ongoing work
In 2024, the project extended to optimising existing pages for SEO and creating new pages covering additional areas of legal expertise, maintaining a consistent tone and reinforcing the firm’s approachable yet authoritative brand.
