Background
Monica Clare Recruitment, a well-known recruitment company in Newcastle, wanted to rebrand and rename to better reflect who they are today.
Brief
The first part of the brief included carrying out brand interviews with existing MCR clients. The second part was to produce SEO website copy (including a keyword report) for a new site (35+ pages) based on the brand idea ‘Growing vibrant careers, cultures and communities’. I was also asked to begin the process of coming up with name ideas.
Process
My approach for the website was to infuse it with a fun, vibrant, but professional TOV that really reflected the ‘whole’ of the personalities in the business. It leaned into the ‘vibrant’ brand theme and was written to work alongside the fresh illustrative approach used in the design. A big focus was the people and building trust.
After creating the site, I was asked to work on the PR for the new brand release, including emails, media releases and socials. I also worked on SEO blogs.
