Monica Clare Recruitment is a well-known Newcastle-based recruitment company specialising in matching talented candidates with businesses across a variety of industries.
They provide holistic recruitment solutions, helping companies build strong and diverse teams with culture-add while supporting candidates to grow dream careers.
Brief
The project involved:
- Conducting brand interviews with existing MCR clients to understand the business and its positioning
- Writing SEO-optimised copy for a new 35+ page website, including a keyword report
- Developing a brand idea: “Growing vibrant careers, cultures and communities”
- Assisting in the process of creating a new company name
Approach
I kicked off the website project by capturing the personalities within the business, crafting a tone of voice that was fun, vibrant, and professional. The copy leaned into the brand’s ‘vibrant’ theme and worked alongside the fresh, illustrative design approach, making the site feel lively while still trustworthy.
A strong focus was placed on people—both the team and clients—building credibility and connection through clear, approachable language.
After the site launch, I extended the brand story into PR materials, including email campaigns, media releases, and social posts.
