Skinduced is a Cameron Park-based aesthetics clinic offering a range of cosmetic injectables, laser, skin, and body treatments. They focus on creating a warm, inviting environment where clients feel cared for, confident, and pampered.
Brief
The project involved:
- Writing SEO-optimised copy for 35+ web pages.
- Capturing the clinic’s brand personality: harmonious, professional, lush, and inviting.
- Making the copy clear, informative, and conversational, with light, playful touches.
- Ensuring factual accuracy for all treatments and procedures.
- Aimed at women aged 18–60 wanting professional aesthetic treatments.
Approach
The project kicked off with discovery sessions to get under the skin of the brand—understanding not just the services, but the ethos, client experience, and what sets Skinduced apart. I explored the target audience’s needs and expectations, which shaped both the messaging and tone.
The core challenge was crafting a tone that balanced expertise with approachability—authoritative enough to reassure clients about medical and aesthetic procedures, yet friendly and personable to reflect the welcoming atmosphere of the clinic.
Playful touches were sprinkled in to give the brand a human, relatable voice without undermining professionalism.
Copy was structured for clarity and engagement: service pages explained procedures simply, FAQs addressed common concerns, and calls to action invited clients to book or enquire.
Every page was optimised for SEO, weaving keywords naturally while preserving readability and brand voice.
The end result is a website that feels informative, reassuring, and approachable—giving potential clients confidence and making them feel at home before they even step through the door.
