Synchronicity Wealth is a new Newcastle-based financial and wealth advisory business, founded by experienced businesswoman Norma Samson.

The company helps clients align their life and business, making smart financial decisions while focusing on long-term happiness and contentment.

Brief

The project involved:

  • Developing the brand from the ground up, including mission, vision, values, personality, tone of voice (TOV), and tagline
  • Writing a script for a 60-second brand video
  • Creating UX-focused, SEO-optimised copy for a 6-page website
  • Ensuring the copy reflected the team’s personal, inspiring approach to wealth and financial advice

I began by shaping a brand personality that was warm, approachable, and inspiring, reflecting Norma and her team’s unique approach to financial guidance.

The mission, vision, values, and tagline were all crafted to convey a sense of alignment, empowerment, and trust, ensuring the brand could stand out in a competitive market.

Video script

The 60-second video focused on the people behind the business. The script highlighted the team’s expertise, approachable personalities, and collaborative way of working, giving potential clients a sense of who they’d be partnering with—not just what the company does. It was written to feel authentic, engaging and personal.

Website

The website copy was designed to be both engaging and actionable. Each page addresses client pain points while highlighting the team’s expertise and personal approach.

The tone strikes a balance between professionalism and empathy, guiding visitors through a seamless UX journey and encouraging them to take the next step with confidence.

SEO was built into the copy from the start, ensuring the site could attract and convert the right audience.
