Background

Rapsey Griffiths is a specialist law firm providing expert advice on insolvency, bankruptcy and related legal matters. They work with clients across industries, including construction, not-for-profit, and family law, offering practical, informed guidance for complex financial and legal challenges.

Brief

To create three in-depth eBooks (3,500–5,000 words each) to serve as lead magnets:

  • Insolvency in the construction industry

  • Insolvency in the not-for-profit sector

  • Bankruptcy and family law

The eBooks needed to be factual, authoritative and engaging to their target audiences while positioning them as trusted industry experts.

Approach

After diving into extensive research, I mapped out each eBook to guide readers through complex topics clearly and confidently.

I focused on:

  • Crafting a calm, reassuring tone that explained legal concepts without overwhelming

  • Making the content informative and practical, with examples relevant to each sector

  • Structuring the eBooks for readability and engagement, so audiences could easily absorb key insights

Drafts were reviewed by the client and shared with audience representatives to ensure the copy hit the right balance of authority and approachability.
