Background

Richard at SiteMinder contacted me to help with copy for their brand – Little Hotelier. Little Hotelier provides specialist software for small hotels, B&Bs and guest houses.

Brief

To apply their new brand tone of voice (TOV) and rework copy for Little Hotelier’s new rebranded website. The project included the Home page and seven feature pages. The tone of voice was to be an extraordinary host, charming, personal, optimistic and inviting.

Approach

Richard sent me the TOV guidelines for the new Little Hotelier brand and the mock-up pages that needed copy work. After familiarising myself with the TOV, I reworked the copy, so it sounded like them. I also made sure the tech was explained in clear and simple terms to the target audience and applied SEO keywords to the specified pages.
