Here’s what to expect when you work with me. It’s as easy as a,b,c.

a. Discovery

Once you’ve completed my initial Project Brief and signed the proposal, the ‘Discovery’ phase begins. To write about your business, I need to know everything about it – from your values and mission to your services and ‘why’. For this, I typically send out a Discovery Questionnaire and follow this up with a Zoom or phone call.

b. Writing

After the Discovery phase is done and you’ve sent me through any additional information I’ve asked for, I’ll do a whole lot of competitor and industry research and then start writing the first draft (D1) of your website. This involves creativity combined with SEO know-how and application of my research.

c. Revisions

Once your first draft is ready, I’ll send it to you in a website copy deck for review. This lays out your web pages, includes all SEO elements and is easy for your web designer or developer to use. Now’s your chance to review the copy, check for accuracy and suggest changes. We then talk them through and revise if necessary
