In-depth editorial articles


I was approached by the Content Manager, Chris, to write content for Distrelec’s new content hub. The goal was to attract new customers and improve engagement with their existing ones.


To write a series of in-depth technology articles (800-1,000 words +) that focused on advancements in AI, machine learning and robotics. For some, I was given a brief. For others, I researched and came up with topic ideas and suggestions.


I spent several hours researching each topic area so I could get a full understanding of the technology and come up with an angle/story. The process of writing took roughly 6 hours, plus additional time spent on editing and proofreading my own work. After supplying the copy, only minor edits were made before the work was published.
