SEO product descriptions + web copy


Chantelle, the owner of NZ-based jewellery brand, Willow Collective, got in touch with me after being referred by one of my lovely previous clients.


The initial request was to write 10 x SEO product descriptions for her top line of jewellery products. This included completing the keyword research to identify target keywords for each page. She also wanted optimised copy for the Home, About and Wholesale pages. The target audience was m/c women aged 20-50 years and boutique owners.


The jewellery was already stocked in many boutiques, had a big Insta following and some best-selling products. Their social posts were cute and fun, so the copy needed a light-hearted but intelligent TOV. As well as making the copy engaging and emotive, I included detailed descriptions for each product to build trust and help SEO.
