Background
I had previously worked writing property ads for Dowling Real Estate – Maitland. When the agent Roseanne moved to Altitude, I moved over to writing their ads.
Brief
To write regular property ads for Altitude Maitland to help them sell their new listings. The ads comprised a headline, body copy and bullet point highlights. Each section has specified word counts and had to fit the Altitude style.
Process
Everytime a new property was secured, Roseanne would send me a walk-through video of the property and yard. She would also send me the listings sheet which included background further information on the property. I would review other similar listings in the area and do additional research before writing and submitting the copy.
